What's your typical workflow?
It varies from project to project, but for custom projects it usually follows the following steps:

2. Proposal & contract SOP
4. Kickoff call for moodboarding (if applicable)
5. Design work
6. Dev work (if applicable)
7. Ongoing review and feedback
8. Final tweaks
9. Launch + maintenance
For retainer projects, this can vary greatly depending on your needs - we can discuss this in more detail during the discovery call.
How big is your team?
As it stands, most projects have been reliably delivered by a single person, our founder. For projects that require more hands, we'll bring in freelancers from our network who are experts in their respective fields.
What do you use to communicate with clients?
Slack, Discord, Google Meet, Zoom, etc. We're flexible and will meet you where you are.
